The buffet breakfast was decent, and free parking was a plus for the busy ski village. The view from our balcony was stunning, with the mountains right in front of us. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful.

Our romantic escape was a disappointment. The bed was uncomfortable, the room was small and lacked charm.

With our friends we come in the winter in Livigno for 4 years and have been in many hotels. I think this hotel is one of the best. Location, comfort and service are very good.

The location was walking distance to the main attractions in Livigno, like Bivio Club. Bar il dopolavoro, located within 5 minutes' walk, is a good dining option. We appreciated staying at concordia.

The lounge bar on the premises was great and the view from the terrace was amazing, suiting everyone perfectly.

The accommodating staff and central location make this place ideal, with a sunny balcony in the room provided.

The hotel was immaculately clean, well designed, modern and central.

The reception staff were not clued up on modes of transport to the airport. First I was told I needed cab for E340 then only on questioning did they say there was a train option. Even then they advised incorrect times which resulted in a 7 hour wait at the airport..

The hotel is located in a great spot, close to many shops and ski areas. the breakfast buffet and dinners had a wide variety of options and were very tasty. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff was friendly and welcoming.

The parking lot was a bit difficult to access, and there was no indoor parking. the internet connection was slow and unreliable at times.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the vibrant center of the town with free parking onsite. It is also conveniently located near the ski slopes, making it easy to get to the slopes and enjoy a day of skiing. the rooms are comfortable and cozy, with modern amenities and a beautiful view of the mountains. the staff provides excellent service, always friendly and helpful. the breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, catering to everyone's tastes.

The music in the bar area can be a bit cheesy and not everyone's cup of tea.

The location, which is however not necessarily a USP, since most hotels in Livigno have more or less the same location.

The breakfast was very, very poor. At 09:30 the breakfast buffet was empty and no refill was offered. Because we paid the room price including breakfast and the breakfast was so terrible bad, the hotel is definitely overpriced. The wellness area which is (like the breakfast buffet) shared with the adjacent Cervo Hotel, is very small.

We loved everything about this hotel! Excellent staff, superb rooms, faultless dining experience, great bar area, and a fantastic location in the center of town with free parking. The top-floor room was exceptional, cozy, and clean. The modern spa area was perfect for relaxation. The hotel also offered fun activities like chess and cocktails. The price was worth every cent. Can't wait to come back for a longer stay!
